Poetry Prompts Day 31 - OctPoWriMo 2016

OctPoWriMo year five is coming to a close. I'm so glad you took this journey with us. I hope you will come back during the year and play with your words until you breathe life into them!

Day 31 Prompt: Eternal

When I think of eternal, I think there isn't much that is eternal, at least not on this earth. When I wrote this prompt, I believe I was thinking how even though OctPoWriMo is coming to an end, our words are forever - what we wrote during this month and beyond. What does eternal mean to you?

Suggested poetry type: What new poetry type did you enjoy learning the most this month? Choose your favorite poetry type from this month and write your heart onto the page.

Word Prompts:

eternity
light at the end of the tunnel (I know that's a lot of words:)
open door
bright light
heartfelt

Remember to let your inner child come out to play.

Music for your Muse:

Thanks so much for playing along with us at Poets on the Page for our fifth annual OctPoWriMo, we hope to see you throughout the year and for OctPoWriMo 2017.

Peace from both of us,
Morgan Dragonwillow and Amy McGrath
